Dragonfly Project - A project planning and management package, including time tracking and a CRM, so that your clients, users and customers can log on any time and see the progress of your work.

Dragonfly Intranet - Currently we offer the ability to custom design a business intranet to make an employees work as easy and straight forward as possible. We would like to continue our work until we can release a “base package” that will offer all of the features a company would need to get started. We can then offer custom reports and solutions for businesses that need “outside of the box” additions. 

The Process

Creative Brief  - The first step in the process of any project is to have the client fill out our creative brief. This simple and short form has about a dozen questions that will really give us an idea of your vision. It’s direct and to the point and gives us a jumping point for creativity.

Project Research - Once we’ve received your brief we’ll do all the research and to find out the best way to go about building your website. By the time we’re done you’ll have a project plan, time-line, price quote and more. Beyond that, you’ll have a list of the software we plan to use, the administration process, any additional modules we’ll be using, a site-map of the site and click-through process of your visitors.

Planning - Once we’ve agreed on a strategy we’ll develop a time-line and project plan which outlines our strategy, and what we’ll be working on at any given time. You’ll be able to follow along on this plan every step of the way offering ideas and insight.

Coding & Development - A demo server will be setup for your project which you’ll have access to, and the real development work begins. We’ll begin setting up and configuring your software, and developing the modules required for it to work. Tying the front-end together with the back-end, and eventually you’ll see your project come alive!

Integration -  Final integration with the front-end design and making sure no pixel is out of place.

Testing -  Websites need to work, always. In this high-paced world sites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Google all count on proper development testing before features go live. We have complete testing teams that will go over your site and detail from a users point of view, and report back to us so that we can fix anything that might be confusing, or any bugs.
